Although the manual is a little spare, I managed to use the product just fine, and it worked fine on the cuts I needed, despite one of them being a 4 foot straight line cut using just a pencil mark at twilight. It takes a minimal effort to return the angle to 90 degrees on the guide. The hardest part was opening the spare blade holder on the side.

I found this product to be very cheap. The foot angle adjustment is nothing more than a plastic tab that should fit into a groove of the foot. Once I had changed the angle from the original setting I could not return it to 90 degrees. I returned this item...
